Our Mission
Why We Exist
Our mission is to provide quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities to support their development and achievement at every stage of their lives. We want to become one of the leaders in the group home agencies in New Jersey, and in the United States of America at large.

Our vision is to become the number one choice when it comes to group home service delivery in New Jersey and also to be among the top 15 group home service providers in the United States of America within the next 8 years.

Born from a Calling
Unicorn Supportive Services is an agency with a passion committed to enriching the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities over 21 years of age.
Our agency provides an array of quality programs and supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, based on our contract with the Department of Human Services, Division of Developmental Disability, New Jersey.
We chose the name Unicorn because we believe in the extraordinary — in seeing the unique magic in every individual, and in building an agency that stands apart through its heart, its standards, and its results.
